SENIOR PARTNER
Adrian Keith Skane, CPA
Keith has been a practicing CPA since 1972, in private practice as well as with national and local public accounting firms. He has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships, and has diversified industry experience.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and performed postgraduate studies in law and taxation at the Universities of Maryland and California. He passed the CPA examination on first attempt in 1972, an accomplishment achieved by less than 5% of candidates. He is currently licensed by California, Florida and Maryland. American Dream CPA is authorized to offer tax-related services throughout the United States.
He believes that building your own business is the best way to become financially free and independent, and to achieve The American Dream. He brings this belief to his specialized focus in the areas of small business, health care, real estate and professional services.
Keith is married with three children and nine grandchildren as well as a cat. He is a member of Kiwanis and the Ernst & Young Alumni Network.
MANAGING PARTNER
Julia Graouman, CPA
Julia joined American Dream CPA in 2018 and became firm’s Managing Partner in 2023.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Julia went on to obtain a master’s degree in Accounting and later passed all sections of the CPA exam on her first attempt.
A first-generation immigrant, Julia came to this country with a strong motivation to achieve her American Dream. She believes in having options in life and in being able to make choices. She extends the American Dream to her clients through tax planning and strategies to fit clients’ individual life circumstances. She maintains that the success of the firm is defined by the success of our clients.
Julia provides a hands-on yet flexible working style and strives to build quality relationships with clients and colleagues. She values creative thinking, initiative, teamwork and a personable approach. She works to find the most effective and efficient solution to any problem.
SENIOR PRINCIPAL
Bruce Skane, CTO
Bruce co-founded American Dream CPA with his brother Keith in 1986 and has been the firm’s CTO from the beginning, continually updating the firm’s technology infrastructure through successive industry advances. Bruce has also introduced his own technical innovations to automate processes, increase efficiency, and support first-class client services.
Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He has worked in government research and private industry prior to founding the firm.
For Bruce, the American Dream can be summarized in one word: opportunity. He values the Constitution’s recognition of the freedom and rights of all Americans, whether native born or naturalized citizens, and the opportunity afforded Americans to gain and keep more from the fruits of their efforts than almost any other country on earth.
Manager Accounting Services
Heather Vayens
As the Manager of our Client Accounting Services, Heather endeavors to provide an easy, stress-free bookkeeping experience so that our clients can focus on what they do best, their business. She enjoys creating relationships with our clients and is always happy to offer a helping hand.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Florida in 2020 and has over 9 years of experience with bookkeeping and accounting. Heather joined our team in 2021 as a bookkeeper and became the Manager of Client Accounting Services in 2023. She believes that anyone can achieve the American Dream if they work hard and have determination.

Alexis Windham
Alexis joined American Dream CPA in 2022 as a bookkeeper. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Blue Mountain College in 2018. Every day, she brings her passion for learning new things to help our clients achieve their dreams. With grit, focus and dedication, she believes anyone can accomplish their goals.

Igor Bezzub
Igor joined American Dream CPA as an accountant in 2016. After immigrating to the U.S. in 2005, through hard work and dedication Igor earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University in 2014.
Highly self-motivated, Igor continues to increase his knowledge and accounting expertise to deliver new levels of excellence to his client. Igor embraces American culture and the American way of life while also drawing on his previous life experiences. As a member of the American Dream team, he helps others to achieve the quality of life for which we all strive.
OFFICE MANAGER
Shanna Eggleston
Shanna joined American Dream in June 2022, bringing a high level of skill in office management, problem solving, and customer service to the team.
Shanna earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University, graduating in May 2000. Previously, she spent four years as a board member for the Aubrey Education Foundation and more than a decade as a youth leader for her church. She created the Aubrey High School Bass Team as a parent volunteer in 2018 and continues to volunteer as Bass Team Advisor.
Born and raised in North Texas, Shanna has been happily married since 2000 and is the proud mother of two young men.
